We have issued a development licence to Samsung Corporation for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 500m3/day of wastewater generated by its labour and staff camps associated with the construction of the Shuweihat 2 Power and Desalination Plant in Ruwais, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The licence is effective from 15 April 2009 for a period of 3 years.
