The Bureau has published a consultation on its proposed Trade Effluent Control Regulations 2010. The regulations aim to provide a clear legal framework for managing the discharge of trade effluent to licensees’ sewerage systems. The consultation is aimed at gathering the views of licensees and government agencies.
Written comments are invited before 1 April 2010 and should be sent to water@rsb.gov.ae.
