Al Etihad Biwater Waste Water Company was granted a licence (17 June 2008) to treat wastewater at Al Wathba-Abu Dhabi (up to 345,000 cubic metres per day) and at Al Saad-Al Ain (up to 92,000 cubic metres per day), for a period of 25 years.

Al Wathba Veolia Besix Waste Water Company
|
Al Wathba Veolia Besix Waste Water Company was granted a licence (1 September 2009) to treat wastewater at Al Wathba 2 (up to 300,000 cubic metres per day) and at Allahamah (up to 130,000 cubic metres per day), for a period of 25 years. Both treatment plants are located in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones
|
The Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones (ZonesCorp) was granted a licence (8 September 2009) for sewerage, wastewater treatment (up to 40,000 cubic metres per day) and disposal, for a period of 25 years. The licence relates to the treatment works in the Industrial City Abu Dhabi (ICAD) in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

|
Al Tamouh Investments LLC was granted a development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 50 m³/day of wastwater generated by the White Water Rafting Centre it is developing in the foothills of the Jebel Hafeet, Al Ain. The licence is effective from 1 April 2011 for a period of 3 years.

Arabian Nights for Travel and Tourism LLC Licence

Arabian Nights for Travel and Tourism LLC was issued a development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 100 m3/day of wastewater generated at the Arabian Nights Village in Al Khatem in Al Ain. The licence is effective from 19 May 2013 for a period of 5 years.

Dhafra Beach Hotel was issued a development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 500 m3/day of wastewater generated by the Dhafra Beach Hotel, Staff Accommodation and Danat Jebel Al Dhanna Hotel in Jebel Al Dhanna in the Western Region. The licence is effective from 1 July 2012 for a period of 5 years.

Emirates Aluminium Company Limited PJSC (EMAL) was issued a development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 700 m³/day of wastwater generated at its aluminium smelter at Taweelah, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The licence was effective from 3 February 2010 for a period of five years.

Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd

Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd was granted a licence to collect, treat and dispose the wastewater generated at the Braka Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) site near Ruwais (on average around 3,000 cubic metres per day). The licence is effective from 1 October 2011 for a period of 5 years.

Manazel Real Estate was issued a development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 1,000 m3/day of wastewater generated by the Al Reef Villa (Arabian Village) development in Shahama, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The licence is effective from 30 March 2010 for a period of 3 years.

The Private Property Management Establishment was issued a development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 2,500 m3/day of wastewater generated at the Al Forsan International Sports Resort. The licence is effective from 6 February 2013 for a period of 5 years.

Samsung Corporation
|
Samsung Corporation was granted a development licence to collect, treat and dispose up to 500m3/day of wastewater generated by its labour and staff camps associated with the construction of the Shuweihat 2 Power and Desalination Plant in Ruwais, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The licence is effective from 15 April 2009 for a period of 3 years.

Shams Power Company was issued a development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 21 m3/day of wastewater generated at the Shams Solar Power Plant in Madinat Zayed. The licence is effective from 24 February 2013 for a period of 5 years.

Sorouh Real Estate PJSC
|
Sorouh Real Estate PJSC was issued a development licence (5 January 2011) for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 2,120m3/day of wastewater generated by the labour camp and the Shams Development on Reem Island, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The licence is effective for a period of four years.

Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC)
|
Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) was issued a development licence for the collection, treatment, treatment and disposal of up to 620 m³/day of wastwater generated by its Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort near Hameem, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The licence is effective from 5 January 2010 for a period of 5 years.
Also, was issued another development licence for the collection, treatment and disposal of up to 4,500 m3/day of wastewater generated at the Workers Construction Village on Saadiyat Island. The licence is effective from 1 August 2009 for a period of 5 years.
