The Bureau has issued the First Consultation Paper for the new PC5 price controls to apply to the four network companies (AADC, ADDC, ADSSC and TRANSCO). The new price controls are due to take effect from 1 January 2014.
The document sets out a number of high-level issues which need to be considered in setting the PC5 controls and the timetable for the remainder of the price control review. Written responses to the issues raised in this document are requested by 6 June 2012.
